Casa 26 was designed by the contemporary artist who wished it to be all about length, guiding the gaze towards the horizon and inviting it to get lost in the distance over Lake Geneva. Erected only six meters from the water's edge, this formidable building was carefully and cleverly designed to draw your attention to the lake facing it.

Made entirely of wood, black steel, and concrete, the materials and the singular structure were inspired by boathouses.
Inside, the marriage of warm wood, polished concrete, and Corten steel creates a soothing atmosphere that is both designer and natural.

Facing Lake Geneva, Casa 26 deploys its majestic volumes in perfect harmony between contemporary elegance and Savoyard authenticity.
Its terrace, shaded by plane trees, its private jetty, and its light-drenched cathedral living room form an exceptional setting, designed to savor every moment by the water.

Once inside, the minimalist layout gives way to natural, welcoming materials: walls clad in warm-toned larch create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, while the polished concrete floors add style and character to the space.
